"Work smarter, not harder" is what they say, but that can be easier said than done

When you are running a business, or trying to take your dream business to that next level, you can find yourself in a really hard place

From speaking with my agency clients, to coaching clients in my programs, the same things come up.

There are so many things to be done and most of the time, you are the one that has to do them.

Even when you aren't sure what needs to be done, if you aren't doing them...they go undone

Which means you find yourself working really hard to do all the things

This can really draining and frustrating, especially when you feel like you can't seem to prioritize what needs to be done first, let alone next.

So what are you supposed to do?

Well, there's a process to doing this, but I want to give you a quick tip.

⭐️ First ask yourself what needs to be done
👉🏾 Next determine the impact these finished items will have on your business
💡 Then you need to ask yourself who can do them...does it have to be you?
✅ From there, you can hire the help you need and focus on the tasks you've determined you're going to do.

Surprise! You get what you want, what you focus on

Surprise! You get what you want, what you focus on, what you believe you can have.

If you limit yourself, you are limited, but if you remain open to the possibilities, your possibilities are endless.

You must determine what you want, constantly.

You have to say that you want business relationships that you enjoy.

You have to say that you want your professional life to be a clear representation of your character, integrity, and amazing value.

You have to say that your businesses profitability will reflect your ability to make an impact in the world.

That your time will be poured into things that are prosperous and fruitful because your time is valuable and so are all of your important relationships, like the ones you have with your family.

With that, you must say what you don’t want.

You don’t want time wasters, money blocks, ingenious connections that don’t help you achieve your goals.

You don’t want to think small, so…

You’ll get what you want. You’ll attract opportunities to pick from a barrage of ways to invest and squander.

What you choose is up to you.

Keep thinking BIG and make sure to get what you want!!!

It’s even more important that you translate that desire into your profession, but so many people hold back.

Remember, it’s hard to pour out from an empty vessel, so take care of you

Then when you have learned more, experienced more, and have more wisdom, you’ll also have the confidence to share on your experience, which will help someone else.
